Child Care Customization

Beginning in the Fall of 2024, we will offer families the choice between full-time and part-time care.

Choosing between part-time and full-time care depends entirely on your family’s needs!  We're always happy to check on current openings with your ideal timeline!

Full-Time Child Care

  • Location:  2501 Vine Street
  • Who: Families who need more than 28 hours of care per week
  • Flexibility:  Tuition includes up to 50 hours of care per week and your time is yours to use.  We do have a few attendance policies in place at the request of our teachers, to minimize disruptions throughout the day, which are detailed in our Parent Handbook.
  • Consistency: Children receive a consistent environment with the same caregivers for the majority of the week, which helps establish a routine and stability.
  • Activities and Structure: Full-time care includes a full curriculum and parent-teacher conferences twice per year for all of our Three- and Four-Year-Old Pre-School classes. We believe in play based learning!  Children attending full-time have a more structured daily schedule and classroom routines which allows for a more comprehensive developmental program.
  • Communication:  All families will be required to download and use ProCare, a childcare management app that allows families to have a real-time view of their child's day.  This app will be used to send and receive messages, view classroom curriculum activities, pictures, videos, meals, diapers, and more.
  • Cost: Tuition ranges from $250/wk - $340/wk, depending on the child's age, as we are a ratio-driven industry.

Part-Time Child Care

  • Location:  2520 Vine Street
  • Who: For families who need less than 28 hours of care per week
  • Flexibility: Part-Time care is intended to more flexibility in scheduling, which can be beneficial for parents with a varied work schedule or who only need occasional care.
  • Activities and Structure:  We believe in play based learning!  In general, the daily schedule will adapt to the needs of the children attending that day.  Teachers will still follow age-specific curriculum, but will focus on activities with less structured playtime.
  • Communication:  All families will be required to download and use ProCare, a childcare management app that allows families to have a real-time view of their child's day.  This app will be used to send and receive messages, view classroom curriculum activities, pictures, videos, meals, diapers, and more.
  • Cost: Tuition depends on the number of hours a child attends.  The cost per hour ranges from $8-$12/hr.

Emergent & Protective Child Care

Emergent care means that we have established processes in place to expedite enrollment for a child's caretaker or foster family who may be considered at risk for a variety of different reasons.

Protective child care is a specialized form of child care designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children who may have specific needs or come from challenging backgrounds, examples of this might include:

Children from Abusive Homes: For children who have experienced domestic violence or abuse, protective daycare will offer a safe space, specialized care, and support while a child's current primary guardian is unavailable

Children in Foster Care: Ensuring a stable and supportive environment as they navigate transitions.

Cost:  We accept Child Care Assistance, or CCA, a program that is intended to cover the cost of child care expenses for low-income and foster care families.

Please speak with your child's social worker or call the Child Care Assistance office at 1-866-448-4605 for more information.
